  • Strawberries
  • Rasberries
  • Gin
  • Mint

Mix 4-5 leaves of the mint and the lime peel with 1 tablespoon of sugar and crush them well. When the mint is crushed and the sugar is colored, a little more sugar can be added. Stir and let the mint-sugar dry a little.

With mint sugar, we decorate the edges of the glass. Dip the edge of the glass into water, then into mint sugar. Put ice, fruit, ¼ teaspoons of mint sugar into the glass, and pour over the gin, and then the sparkling Rose Jeruzalem Ormož. Why sparkling wine Jeruzalem Ormož? Because it is light and perfectly coincides with gin and it has an intense bouquet of berries and cranberries. Let's offer it as an aperitif.

Strawberries with Chantilly cream:

Ingredients for strawberry part

  • 500g of strawberries
  • 2dcl of Muškatna sparkling wine Jeruzalem Ormož
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1 pack of powder for cake dressing (13g)

Ingredients for Chantilly cream:

  • 2 dcl of whipping cream
  • 1 spoon of powder sugar
  • 1 vanilla stroke

Topping:

  • Spoon of sugar
  • 4-5 mint leaves

Clean the strawberries, cut into larger pieces, add a spoon of sugar and start to heat on low heat. Mix the contents of the cake dressing bag with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water. Strawberries, which are likely to drop some liquid, remove from the heat, add the sparkling wine and immediately add the mixture for the dressing. Reheat all together again only so that "gelatin" dissolves and connects everything together. The mixture must not boil! Put the strawberries into glasses. The ingredient is enough for 4-6 glasses. Cool in the refrigerator.

While the strawberries are cooled and all squeezed a little, we prepare the sprinkling. We throw a mint or. crush with sugar. Leave the mint sugar to dry slightly. Add the spoonful of powdered sugar and vanilla seeds and stir everything together.

With the help of a shirted bag, spray the cream on strawberry jelly and sprinkled it with mint sugar on top. Serve it chilled.
