More than 200 people at the 4. VIP harvest
For the sixth year in a row, we have organized a traditional meeting for friends, business partners, surrounding mayors and well-known Slovenes in the idyllic Malek Zidanica, in the middle of the Jerusalem hills. We started writing the common story in 2014, when we planted furmint vines, followed by the first job in the vineyard, and since 2016 we are now traditionally meeting at the VIP harvest. This time in record number, with as many as 200 guests gathered.
The Jeruzalem Ormož gold line represents a selection of the best from our wine cellar. Sparkling wine that combines the best fromo our vineyards, a hundred-year-old wine-making tradition and modern enologists approaches. Now we are adding Classic sparkling to our gold selection, which is made according to the classic method and will delight fans of sparkles.

In summer there’s time for carelessness and long nights that turn into summer mornings. And what’s more appropriate than spending time together with a glass of light and fresh sparkling wine? Sparkling wines are a great companion to light summer dishes. We can also use them as an addition to summer cocktails or summer desserts.
We opened a new boutique wine cellar in Northern Macedonia
On May 15th we opened a boutique wine cellar in Negotino, North Macedonia with which we will expand our offer of renowned white wines with top-quality red wines from Macedonian vineyards. The line of red wines, named Instinct, will be available to buyers in the second half of this year.
King among the white wines Rhinereiesling, always fresh Pinot grigio, sun from our vineyards Traminer and the star of sweet evenings Yellow Muscat. These selected wines represent the magic quarter which will turn those autumn days yellow. Why would you complain about lower degrees, shorter days and grey weather, when you can find so many beautiful things in life?
At the 44th assessment of Vino Slovenija Gornja Radgona, we received a flattering title Winemaker of the year for the third time. With wine brands Jeruzalem Ormož, Ljutomerčan, Estate Selection and the exclusive line Seven Numbers, we achieved exceptional results in this year's evaluation.
VIP harvest at the Winemaker of the year in good company!
We held a special VIP harvest at Zidanica Malek for the third year in a row in the company of friends and famous Slovenian people. Perfect autumn fairytale was created by excellent Klemen Slakonja.
This year's participation in Decanter competition was extremely successful for our wine cellar. We won 13 medals and we are returning with a record number of medals received. We have won 29 medals over all these years, which only confirms the exceptional quality of our wines.
We are entering in festive December with new member of Gold line Jeruzalem Ormož, the king of red wines – Cabernet Sauvignon. Excellent top-quality red wine with sweet smell, where predominant berries are enriched with spicy notes of pepper, tobacco and black pepper. This wine is a unique choice for festive days!
On September 28th we gathered for the second vineyard grape harvest with our friends, bussines partners and some famous Slovenian people at Zidanica Malek. We harvested grape which we planted with them in 2014. The event was a special experience, since visitors were also able to taste their own wine, which was also harvested manually last year.
